The Seiner Difference: Making Friends to Last a Lifetime
That name on the sign comes from somewhere specific.
Founder Jerry Seiner opened his first dealership in Cadillac, Michigan in 1975, then planted roots in Salt Lake City in 1980 when Chevrolet offered him a store of his own. His motto was simple: Making Friends to Last a Lifetime.
More than four decades later, that motto still runs the business. Ownership passed to the next generation of the family in 2012, and the philosophy never changed with it. Every Jerry Seiner store, no matter which brand is on the building, still measures success the same way: whether a customer wants to come back for the next vehicle, and the one after that.
That is not a slogan dealerships pick because it sounds good in an ad. It shows up in small, repeatable things: a sales process that does not pressure first-time buyers, a service department that explains the "why" behind a repair, and a staff that sticks around long enough to remember your name.
